After the Texas Revolution!!

After the Texas Revolution Texas became a country. It was called the Republic of Texas. interesting name but more of that later.The Republic of Texas was a country for 10 years. then it became a state of America. while this was going on mexico and America were having border disputes. so that's a bummer. After that they declared war! That war was called the Mexican American War!!!
